Vision Services  SCHOLARSHIP PREREQUISITES

The scholarship program for nurses is a work/study program that combines either a Master's or Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (MSN or BSN completion) scholarship at an American university with a three year work assignment at a US hospital.

Minimum requirements for the program include:

• Active and unencumbered registered nurse license in country of residence.
• Successful completion of a three year (minimum) registered nursing degree program.
• Both theory and clinical rotations during your nursing training in surgical, obstetrics, pediatrics, psychiatry, and medical nursing.
• Minimum of one year of recent post-graduation and licensure acute care hospital based nursing experience in specialties such as critical/intensive care, coronary care, emergency, medical, surgical, operating room / theater or telemetry.
• Desire to pursue an advanced nursing degree and work in a fast-paced, high-volume acute care setting.
• Ambition to advance in your career as a professional nurse.
